More than two-thirds of the country's total population of 1.3 billion people use carbon-generated fuel and dung-produced fuel to cook food. India, Bangladesh and China account for most of the total global population facing shortage of clean fuel for cooking.
India has made it to the list of countries that do not provide clean fuel for cooking to their people. Due to lack of clean fuel sources, people use such cheap fuels that seriously affect the health of human health, especially women and children at home.
In view of all this, some students went to the village and tried to find a solution to the plight of women (Village Women), which would make it less difficult for them to cook. Feel happy to eat good food to everyone.
He invented a green stove that is no less than a gift of happiness for all. The greenway burner stove (Greenway Burner Stove) has a single burner. It is possible to burn fire with wood, bamboo, upley and even straw in this stove. This stove contains very little fuel and gives 70 per cent more energy than the rest of the stove.
Women's happiness in using green stoves
Many startups have been open in the country for a few years. These startups (Startup) are working differently in different areas. One such startup is the invention of the minds of two friends who are bringing happiness to thousands of people today. This invention is of a green stove.
The startup has worked to improve the rural lifestyle to a great extent and also takes care of cleanliness and safety in the environment. The name of this startup (Startup) is Greenway Rural Infra (Greenway Grameen Infra). This startup is becoming known not only in India but also in many countries of the world as Green Stove. It is also taken care of in the health of the food.
The startup was launched by two friends Neha and Ankit (Neha Juneja and Ankit Mathur). Both of them have studied at Delhi College of Engineering. After studying, the two friends took a MBA degree and thought of doing something that would facilitate the women of the village and also give a new look to the business.
He went to the village and stayed among them and learnt about the plight of the women and then considered it together. Why not do something that will make the women of the village happy in their lives and expand their business? Their aim was to do something that would benefit everyone. The two friends roamed the country and saw rural women cooking on wooden stoves.
This startup made a splash
The smoke of a wooden stove is such that one cries. It not only plays a big role in pollution but also harms the health of women. Seeing all this, the two friends moved on and started finding a solution to the stove.
As a result, the two considered a stove in which the wood was burnt, but the smoke was non-existent. This stove was named smokeless clean stove or green stove. It not only contains less wood but also very little smoke. Neha and Ankit along with two more friends thought of building two more stoves named Smart Stoves and Jumbo Stoves.
The greenway burner stove has a single burner (Greenway Smart Stove is a single burner stove). It is possible to burn fire in this stove with wood, bamboo, upley and even straw. This stove is designed with steel and aluminum which is also attractive to look at. The second stove is the Greenway Jumbo Stove which is larger than the Greenway Burner Stove. The highlight is that it is fitted with an air regulator that allows you to control the heat.
New look given to Business
Neha and Ankit made people aware of the two stoves (Chulah) by roaming around the villages and explained to them about its use so that they could use it to maintain their health. Initially the work was not so easy, but later the stove business started. According to a statistic, about 10 lakh stoves made of Greenway Rural Infra are being used today.
This business is slowly moving forward. Above all, this startup has not used the stove with the help of any retailers but has reached out to the people with the help of social organizations, women's cooperatives and micro finance companies. He sought the help of social media to create awareness among the villagers and to highlight the stove.
